AMI Expeditionary Healthcare is expanding our Corporate Human Resources team and seeking an experienced Remote Provider Recruiter (part-time) to support recruitment for both proposal (RFP) responses and newly awarded healthcare contracts.
The Provider Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Physician Assistants (PAs), and specialty physicians supporting federal, commercial, and international healthcare programs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys building provider networks, sourcing hard-to-find clinical talent, and working in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 8–10 hours per week. Candidates must be available during normal business hours for at least 50% of their scheduled weekly hours, with some flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed to meet physicians’ needs.
